I very disappointed with this dealer. Please see below for the clarification . 1. We got the good price for $19,350 for fiat sport 2013, not the color that I prefer but I accepted. This car is 650 miles when I signed the paper but I didn't say anything because I got a good deal. When I checked the car there were 2 debt on the passenger 's side small but you can see it. The manager came and looked he said you got the good eyes. He will take care for these dent. He will called me tomorrow for the appointment , one week later no one called. So I called we made appointment sometime after 12pm. My friend wait for fixing the car until 4pm because they were unable to contact the dent's guy. This is very disappointed. 2. I have been waiting for my license plate. I got the car since 5/28. Finally I realize that my temporary license will be expire tomorrow (6/25) . I called the fiat Ramsey to ask about my license plate , they say it's here long time ago. I was so upset why no one called me??? They said they called my co sign but no response . At first me and my co sign already told them that please use my contact number as the primary number. I have to rush from my work place to this dealer to get my license without any advise . What if I don't know this temporary license plate will be expired the next day and I get pull over, who will response for this.?? The main problem for this dealer is the customer service, they never follow up. They just want to sell the car after you buy the car there is no after service. And the manager is very rude Jack, he says 'you will get nothing from us because you already got the price in the world . That's all you get.' Believe it or not this is the word from the manager from Fiat Ramsey. I don't understand why he acts like this. Therefore the car is very great I love the car but I hate the Fiat Ramsey's service.
