THE WORST A half day job took 3 days, Romeo the salesman complained to me that I was BOTHERING the staff when I tried to find out what was happening. I was either ignored or lied to and lost much work time. NEVER heard back from the manager Matt Colons at all after numerous attempts. I was back and forth with sales AND service for 3 days. Also, I find it very unprofessional and rude that then and now you have made contact with a customer of mine that you know and you're bothering him about OUR situation. For 3 days when my vehicle was held up there, no one wanted to give me the time of day. But within hours of my bad review you're complaining to my customer. The whole outfit SUCKS in plain English. They promised me a car that was never in their inventory, ran a hard inquiry credit to I was in a horrible situation with Paramus Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They promised me a car that was never in their inventory, ran a hard inquiry credit to approve me for a bank loan, and took my down payment. For a whole week I was put through the ringer until I just drove to Ramsey and they were able to provide me with the exact vehicle I was looking for and had me driving home in just a couple hours. I cannot believe the time and headache the previous dealer caused me. I wish I had drove their originally. The Manager and staff were great. Thank you. More
