Recall service Attended the service center due to a recall on my vehicle V54 on Jeep Renegade. The service employee was very helpful and understanding. This employee took the time to understand customer concerns and listened carefully to my questions which has been different from prior experiences with some staff at this facility. Mechanics were slow however and the part was not ready for my service which was scheduled ahead of time. Car was kept overnight and no loaner cars are ever offered at this facility which is highly inconvenient in the work week. I did not associate these issues with the service employee but with the facility as a whole which should consider improving services for returning customers. Work was of high quality though and my concerns were resolved the second day. More
