When I arrived I was locked outside until 7:30 time of appointment they could have at least let me wait in waiting room until they where open. the rim repair company was never scheduled and I couldn’t wait. I was able to get a loaner car and repair was done that day. The overall outcome was good but was a very disorganized drop off.
