4-17-19 Service Review Came in for a headlight bracket replacement. In the morning I was made aware of some upcoming service that was needed to prepare for the Bills. There Came in for a headlight bracket replacement. In the morning I was made aware of some upcoming service that was needed to prepare for the Bills. There was not a loaner car available but I was able to work around that. A bit disappointed that there was some miscommunication with the receptionist about a bulb replacement vs the whole bracket replaced but they got the bracket for the next day. Gave the ok to do the other work while they had the car. All work was completed by 930am, just over a day. Extremely happy with that! Jason went above and beyond to figure out a way for me to pick up my vehicle after the Service Shop was closed for the day! That alone was home run! Will be use them again! Have worked for with Joan before as well and she always has gone above and beyond to help me. More
