Terrible customer service My car was 5 days old and I got a flat tire. The girl on the phone from the service department said they needed to order the tire because they did not My car was 5 days old and I got a flat tire. The girl on the phone from the service department said they needed to order the tire because they did not have it in stock. I got the flat on a Saturday and had to make the appointment for a Tuesday. When I got there a waited for a half hour for someone to come tell me that the tire was never ordered and I would need to come back the next day. It only did they waste my time but told me the tire was going cost me $265 and I asked if that was the best you can do since they just totally wasted my time and he said yes. I ended up going somewhere else and getting the tire done for $220 and on top of it all off Raul wasn’t even nice or apologetic about it. I will never be back. More
