Oil change Ramsey jeep would not honor oil change and tire rotation coupon that was sent to us. We bought 2 jeeps from Ramsey in the past year. After we left service Raul called us to tell us oil change and tire rotation coupon was not honoered by management because was only for non synthetic oil use which did not apply to our vehicle . He seemed like he did not care. We discussed the coupon when the vehicle was dropped off and he said it was good for 2 oil changes. Then Raul called us after we left. Very disappointed in the service. Why send the coupon if it can not be used. When there were no restrictions or disclaimers on coupon! Will not take either jeep there for service again! More
