The staff is just as important as the vehicle. I went into the Jeep dealership on a busy Saturday night to check out a car I saw online. I was greeted immediately by Henry who led me to what I was inquiring about. He spent time explaining many of the features of the vehicle knowing that I wasn’t buying that evening. He was easy to speak with, and had more product knowledge than any salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I went back Monday evening for a test drive and Henry (along with Monty in finance) helped work a finance agreement that was very fair and easy to sign off on. I highly recommend this dealership. Stepped in where Chrysler wouldn't - Went Above and Beyond The team at Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge truly went above and beyond for me. I was dealing with Chrysler Warranty department for Over a month literally The team at Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge truly went above and beyond for me. I was dealing with Chrysler Warranty department for Over a month literally. At Chrysler corporate I had a jr. case manager that was very polite but not very helpful in producing results. It was EXTREMELY frustrating, each call I would request to speak to a more senior manager, and would get the run around or routed to a "Level 1 Specialist" or another case manager who's voice mail would state they would call me back within 48 hours. After weeks of this pain and no results I decided to call Ramsey Chrysler Jeep to see if they could help me. I spoke to Ron Federico (Service Manager) that was quick to call me back and very sympathetic to my case. Ron is super polite, listened to my explanation and all of my frustrations with Chrysler corporate, and told me he would see how he could help me out and would call me back in a few days. Two days later he called me back with news that he was able to work out a solution with his Chrysler rep on my behalf covering the item! He then passed this to Jim Ryerson (Service Advisor) who Ron told me would call in a couple days when the details were finalized. The next day Jim Ryerson gave me a call, very organized, and had everything ready to go. He and Ron clearly spoke and had a proper hand off as Jim was versed in all of the detail (there was a lot) and he explained it all to me in a clear easy manor (I'm not a car guy) He scheduled my appointment, and we were set. I received a loaner car while my Jeep was being repaired, and the drop off and pick up couldn't have been any easier. (Good coffee machine as well LOL) I've purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership in the last 10 years and plan on purchasing my next 3 there as well. These guys go above and beyond for their clients, are a pleasure to deal with, and that kind of service is something that will keep me coming back. More
