Terrible customer service Last week was my first time visiting this dealership and it will be my last. I had Joan as my service advisor and she was very unpleasant to speak to. Last week was my first time visiting this dealership and it will be my last. I had Joan as my service advisor and she was very unpleasant to speak to. She was very rude and clearly had no interest in helping me. I waited two hours, and at that point she has been so rude the entire time that I asked for my keys to leave before they even touched my car. It was an incredibly dissatisfying experience, and I would not recommend her as a service advisor, or the dealership. More

Without haggling back n forth negotiations, he gave me a deal on a new lease from a basic '16 latitude Cherokee to a '19 limited Cherokee with more specs than I'd anticipated with a $25 difference in my monthly payments! I'm getting so much more car! I am beyond happy and grateful I waited for Ryan! He made it such a smooth transaction, meeting everything I asked for and more! Monty completed the deal with explanations of everything I was signing for and Becky explaining every detail of the car before I drove it off the lot. They even went out of there way to suggest a RAM 1500 as an alternative because they knew the amount of incentives on that vehicle would help wipe out some of the negative equity on my trade in. All in all I had a very pleasant experience and will gladly go back at lease end for my next vehicle. More

Extremely poor service. Don’t count on them! At 3pm, received a message that the “definitely would not get to my car today”, they will call me the next day. When I called them back I was told they were backed up and couldn’t say if they would get to my car the next morning. I am disgusted and my plans to go out of town we’re ruined.
