I used several online sites and visited 4 other dealerships in person prior to walking into Ramsey's showroom. Ryan and his sales manager John beat my best deal and delivered the make, model, trim & color as promised. They even worked with the overbooked service department to outfit a trailer hitch in time for my family's upcoming vacation. I'm not fond of buying new cars and several of the dealerships I visited were unabashedly rude and unscrupulous. The staff at Ramsey Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge were gentlemen throughout; so much so that I half expected the deal to fall through due to some "miscalculated" numbers or "in-transit" problems with the car I wanted. (I've had both happen in the past.) The numbers never changed and there were no surprise add-on's or overlooks. Three weeks post purchase, I am confident saying that Ryan and John held up their bargain honorably and negotiated professionally. You can't really ask for much more in a dealership, and I've personally found FAR less elsewhere. It has also been a pleasure dealing with their service department so far.
