And I did. Victor Jacobson was the best, again. I was able to get the car I wanted, negotiate pricing and turn in my lease with ease. The process was smooth and painless. I picked up my new vehicle the following day and Chris was fantastic in explaining the new features on the CX-90 that differed from my CX-9. Incredibly helpful! Donovan Lau was also wonderful to work with - I signed the paperwork for my CX-9 with him 3 years ago and worked with him again on my CX-90. It was an absolute joy to work with Victor and Donovan again and also meet Chris! The customer service, the knowledge, the friendliness of everyone that works for Ramsey Mazda is unmatched!
