Follow up on previous review: I drove my 2017 Cx5 vehicle as advertised to get rid of grinding in brakes to my surprise it got worse and brakes were failing I brought my car in to Mazda Dealership in Valley Stream N.Y 5 days later and was told brake pads, rotors and calipers were rusted and worn down to the medal. The brake damage was do to caliber failure. I clearly expressed this concern a week prior to Michelle and technician said brakes were fine. I live in N.Y and that could have been a dangerous drive for me.. Not happy I have to pay a lot of money for this repair. Had the tech at Ramsey looked at brakes thoroughly and not just advised to rotate tires ,It could have been bad outcome driving on medal to medal.
