I brought my 2013 Mazda 6 in for a recall. Michele was my service advisor and handled everything for me. While waiting for the initial diagnosis and estimated repair time, I was able to set Michele was my service advisor and handled everything for me. I had a table with two outlets (one for my phone, the other for a laptop) and room for my (portable) 2nd screen. If there would have been a barista, it would have been a Starbucks! Michele scheduled a time for me to drop off the car to get the repair done. When I arrived, she had somebody drive me to work while they were repairing my car. The repair took longer than usual (probably due to a lot of rust under my car), but Michele made sure that I got my car back by EOD, as promised. Of course she had somebody pick me up from work as well. I was impressed by how much Michele went out of her way to take care of me. ***** More
