I took my Subaru Ascent to Ramsey Subaru on 3/7/26 without an appointment to have the vehicle looked at due to several hard starts lately. The female service rep told me they didn't have time to look without an appointment to have the vehicle looked at due to several hard starts lately. The female service rep told me they didn't have time to look at it, which was understandable since they were very busy even at opening time. I had no problem with that and decided to come back at another time with an appointment. She instructed me to go outside and wait for my vehicle to be brought out. I patiently waited around 15 minutes before going back inside to politely remind her that I was still waiting for my vehicle. She told me it was brought outside, but I wasn't present (complete xx) and to go back outside. I just said OK and started walking out, but then I saw my vehicle in the garage at exactly the same spot where it was first parked. I returned and informed the rep and politely explained this to her. At this point, she got visibly annoyed and basically ordered me to go outside. I was forced to defend myself and I told her in a normal tone of voice I have a customer service oriented job, but I can't lose my cool under pressure. She immediately walked away toward a nearby office and I saw her flick her hands back towards me as if to say get the (fill in the blank) out of here. I've used Ramsey Subaru for service exclusively and even leased, then bought this vehicle from them. I have to decide if I want to return again to face more possible humiliation. More

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! !! A BUNCH OF CONMEN WHO BACK EACH OTHER'S LIES!! BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband brought a car, less than a week later it died, and we were told "Oh Well" !! A BUNCH OF CONMEN WHO BACK EACH OTHER'S LIES!! BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband brought a car, less than a week later it died, and we were told "Oh Well" you didn't purchase the extended warranty!!! Are you kidding me???? Our salesman was "New" and told us over 10 times throughout the process. He kept having to consult his Mgr, Sean Abbott who assured us that even though he's a "Used Car Salesman, I'm Not an #%?!@&$, if something happens to your car within the 30 days, I'm gonna fix it." An absolute truth, but when he was called on it in front of HIS Mgr., Clayton, he denied he ever said that!!! Turns out, you are an "#%?!$& Sean ~ Your words, not mine. I spoke with Clayton and he also said, Oh WelL, you should have brought the Extended Warranty, there's nothing we can do!?!? We had the car LESS THAN A WEEK and the Battery died. They charged my husband $382 to replace it!!!! I requested a call from Clayton's Mgr. Josh, still to this day I have never received that call. I asked for his number, he said, "He doesn't really have a number because he travels around, and I'm not giving you his cell number. I said I would still like to talk to him, THAT WAS ALMOST A MONTH AGO!!! ONCE THE SALE IS DONE, THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!! More
