I scheduled a general service visit on only things I wanted to be done Jacob asked me what I wanted and I told him the front and rear differential fluid flush and fill and the brake and clutch fluid flu wanted to be done Jacob asked me what I wanted and I told him the front and rear differential fluid flush and fill and the brake and clutch fluid flush and fill and he said that they could get that done for me and only took about 2 hours. Very clean and friendly environment, only thing I didn't like was they didn't have any vending machines. More
My experience attempting to purchase a new vehicle at this dealership was the worst I have ever had or even heard of. After working with a salesman for a little over 2 hours remotely we had agreed on al this dealership was the worst I have ever had or even heard of. After working with a salesman for a little over 2 hours remotely we had agreed on all major points of the sale. My salesman went to the sales manager who created a written signed executable offer for me to review. He had added a requirement to finance the vehicle for 3 months to help their financing acceptance numbers. After a long conversation with the sales manager trying to understand how my written offer was not executable I was basically told that this was the nature of their business and that it was an unfortunate experience for me. I then asked to speak with his manager only to be told that he was sick and I unavailable but that he would have him call me. I was never contacted. I had hoped to clarify whether he truly encouraged the “race to the end” sales environment that his sales manager described where written offers were only valid if immediately signed. An environment where he was guaranteed to create a disgruntled customer and a win/loss result for his sales staff. I guess that’s a “yes”…. On a side note, the initial offer also included an “at cost” paint treatment. When I asked to verify if that could be completed by the following Monday (as it wasn’t anything I was interested in and didn’t want it to delay the pickup date) I was told that it would not be a problem as they put that on all their vehicles when they get them and it had already been applied. Not quite the concession they were promoting it as……. More
