Dejah made this a hassle-free experience! I had already researched the vehicle I wanted and was happy to see the used-car I had been searching was available on the Ramsey Subaru website. When I filled out the online request for more information, Dejah reached out to me immediately and said we could communicate by email or text. I test drove the vehicle and bought it soon after. It was important for me to shop locally and keep my money in my community. I had no hesitation to buy from Ramsey because they are an established business here. I trust that my vehicle will be safe with their continued service for maintenance. I also appreciate that while the dealership doesn't offer contactless purchasing, or wear masks (as the CDC recommends) - Dejah did sanitize her work station for me; and didn't scoff at me wearing a mask during our meeting times or test drive.
