Dejah made this a hassle-free experience! I had already researched the vehicle I wanted and was happy to see the used-car I had been searching was available on the Ramsey Subaru website. When I filled out the online request for more information, Dejah reached out to me immediately and said we could communicate by email or text. I test drove the vehicle and bought it soon after. It was important for me to shop locally and keep my money in my community. I had no hesitation to buy from Ramsey because they are an established business here. I trust that my vehicle will be safe with their continued service for maintenance. I also appreciate that while the dealership doesn't offer contactless purchasing, or wear masks (as the CDC recommends) - Dejah did sanitize her work station for me; and didn't scoff at me wearing a mask during our meeting times or test drive. Health and safety are my main priorities. Safety is the reason I chose a Subaru. I appreciate the dealership's acknowledgment of my health concerns during this pandemic. More
JJ was pleasant to work with. I came to the dealership specifically for this vehicle so it made it easy for him. The finance department was friendly. The detailing job was not great. Beyond Expectations Had two vehicles in for service, one with recall repair . I was also having problem with key getting stuck in 2017 Impreza, with 40k miles and beyond Had two vehicles in for service, one with recall repair .
