So far I'm impressed... First off I started at Ramsey Subaru just looking at the wrx/sti cars, I avoid sales men like the plague. When I knew what I wanted I walked into the First off I started at Ramsey Subaru just looking at the wrx/sti cars, I avoid sales men like the plague. When I knew what I wanted I walked into the dealer and was greeted by Mitch Williams. One of the best sales men iv ever met, he took the time to listen to understand what I wanted. He had an answer for all my questions and if by chance I stumped him he was very fast to find the answer for me. I got a purchase agreement and walked out of the dealership. I got approved through my bank but wasn't sure if I liked their rates. Spoke with Mitch on the phone and he suggested giving Subaru/Chase a try with their special financing. I applied on line at home and with in 5-7 min Mitch called with great news. Got one of the best rates of my life and told him to get the car ready I'm on my way. By the time I got back to Subaru Mitch had the car ready along with the paperwork. I spent a total of maybe 45 min before I was on my way home with a brand new wrx. So far I'm very impressed with not only Mitch but every one i have come into contact with at Ramsey Subaru. Im waiting on some accessories to show up for my car, I will bring it in to have them professionally installed by their service department later this week where I'm assuming the service department will be the same if not better then the sales team. Went in looking for a new outback after talking with the salesman on line. He got me in the vehicle and on a test drive within minutes of arriving.
