should have gotten an appointment Blew a tire. Had AAA membership swap out with "donut". Drove to Ramsey to have it replaced. Jerry told me 45min to an hour wait. Took 2 hrs. Expl Blew a tire. I would have preferred he had told me that up front and set up an appointment for another time. Since we aren't supposed to be out much we could have easily driven on the "donut" for a few days. Don't usually have these spur of the moment things happen but will have learned for the future. More

On March 30, I took my 2016 Foerster in for scheduled oil change and 2 recalls at 9:30. I was told it would take about 4 hours so they gave me a loaner and said they would call when done. At 4:30 I called a change and 2 recalls at 9:30. I was told it would take about 4 hours so they gave me a loaner and said they would call when done. At 4:30 I called as I had not heard anything and they said "Oh, it's ready." When I went to pay for the oil change they had charged me $166 for one of the recalls. I got that corrected. While waiting for my car a woman was going all through the loaner and opening all the doors and looking at everything inside and staring at us like she was looking for something we had done. I bought my Subaru new at Ramsey and always take it there for service but not anymore. This was certainly not an enjoyable experience. More
