Disappointed When I called in to schedule 60K service, a brake flush was mentioned but I don't recall anything about plug replacement. I was expecting around $300- When I called in to schedule 60K service, a brake flush was mentioned but I don't recall anything about plug replacement. I was expecting around $300-$400 so I was surprised when it was over $700, but I signed the service sheet so that's on me. My real disappointment was when I picked up the car and left the dealership. In the first quarter mile I could tell the car was hesitating. I went a little further and turned around. The check engine light came on and I pulled back into the dealership. It was running fine when I brought it in. The only thing they changed that could cause it was the spark plugs. I can't believe they drove it after completing the work or the problem should have been obvious. I'm no gear head and was to me. They did give me a loaner and resolved the problem the next day (bad spark plug), so the resolution was acceptable. It was just annoying that something so obvious would make it out the door, especially when it was service I wasn't planning on when I arrived. This makes me concerned about the general attention to detail. I will be hesitant returning here for service, especially now that my warranty is up. More

I was given the option to have a driver take me somewhere else but the lounge area has frequently been a place where I can get caught up on e-mails without distractions and healthy snacks for customers if desired. People are very courteous there. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and again I was able to get back on my way with a very positive service experience. I have recommended Dennis to others because he is calm, honest, and able to answer my questions. More

Rufad was great, car was filthy even with 3 hour lead time I set up an appointment the night before, i was delayed in getting to Des Moines by about three hours. When we arrived the car was dirty inside, a bottle of something under the seat, some sticky substance all over the back of the driver's seat and back seat, and the carpet had not been vaccumed for a while. Rufad was great to deal with and made things go smoothly, too bad he was the only salesman doing anything for the customers. More

I flew in from Colorado Springs, Co. JJ James picked me up from the airport, showed me the vehicle, the dealership and the service department. Because I put a deposit down on this vehicle over the phone, I expected that it would take a few hours to work through the paperwork before I could get on the road. To my surprise, all needed paperwork was already in place and accurate upon my arrival. I literally, landed at the airport, test drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork and was on my way driving back home in about an hour. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had.
