I would like to start of by saying I didn't have one problem with leasing a car through Ramsey. Natthaniel was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions. I wanted one car and we just couldn't make it work, they went above and beyond to make a deal happen with a newer car and a better rate (this one was a lease). I had never done a lease and was apprehensive at first but they reassured me that they would take care of everything and I had no issues with either of them. When it came time to finance the deal Brad was great, took the time to answer and financial questions I had and sit down. All in all I spent about 6 hours at the dealership between two days. I never felt like a burden or just another customer, I would highly recommend Natthaniel and Michael to anyone who is looking for a new car or a used car. Just wonderful people!! More

Great service at the Service Dept. My oil changes are done in a timely manner and inspection sheet was throughly filled out. I really enjoyed the pretzels and fruit snacks in the waiting room.
