I was served promptly, kept up to date on the progress and the service was completed in an hour. The only issue I had was that I told the service person that I had purchased my tires through Ramsey the pr and the service was completed in an hour. The only issue I had was that I told the service person that I had purchased my tires through Ramsey the previous year and would like a tire rotation. I was charged for the service so it had to be removed for my bill. I am not sure as to the name of my service person. More

I wanted a particular color and interior so Jake scoured the manifest for that car and found just what I wanted. When my car arrived, Jake offered lots of support learning all about my new car.
