All went well, guess they fixed what needed to be done. Great car buying experience I had a pleasant car buying experience. I've been a Subaru owner for the past 14 years and wasn't sure which model I wanted to get next. He patiently assisted me as I test drove three different models. He didn't pressure me at all, and a few weeks later I decided to purchase a slightly used Outback. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was detailed and certified before I bought it. The sales process was smooth and I highly recommend contacting Brandon if you are looking for a new or used Subaru in the Des Moines area. More

Rear hatch update On my third visit they finally were able to to install a rear hatch fix. The first 2 visits, they couldn’t understand the trouble I was having. Guy at the desk was very rude. You would think that if you schedule a customer for a 3 hour fix that's a recall then you would inform them they need to reserve a loaner car and not let them drive an hour you schedule a customer for a 3 hour fix that's a recall then you would inform them they need to reserve a loaner car and not let them drive an hour to tell them they're out of luck. Then when I got there the guy said they dont have any of the valves that are in recall. Ok so why make an appointment that was months in advance.very bad experience there. More
