Somewhat positive Normally very happy with the service; however this last visit they did not look into my concern about the blindspot monitor malfunction light coming Normally very happy with the service; however this last visit they did not look into my concern about the blindspot monitor malfunction light coming on periodically. Told me it was because I had repair work done on my bumper and passed it off on their body shop. I told the rep this has been going on since shortly after I bought the car and if he checked their records he would see I’ve brought this up before. The guy at their body shop had no idea what the service rep was talking about. He said there were no gaps or bulges (which the service rep said he could see). By that time I’d already spent most of the morning there and just decided to leave. Loved our salesman but if you want more than an oil change the service is disappointing. More

First time not perfect service I dropped my car off on a Friday night. I called Saturday and spoke to Curt he said they only did oil changes on Saturday and frankly seemed annoyed i I dropped my car off on a Friday night. On Monday I called 6 times before i could get a hold of anyone and they said possibly Thursday would be the earliest. Needless to I was rather mad. It took nearly two days to tell me this. I could have taken my car elsewhere to get it fixed. My wife called back for me cause i was to mad and they told her it was about ready. What in the xxxx. So she goes to get it and my glove box is in the back seat. They said the dampener was broke. Its been that way for years. So I had to put everything back together myself. Normally i get top notch service from them but this time i was far from satisfied. More

Oil change and tire rotation The gentleman who checked me in (Travis) was very pleasant and courteous. My car was serviced promptly. Travis called to let me know my windshield wiper should be replaced. He also told me I would need brake work in the near future. I was able to make that appointment when I picked up my car. More
They were OK, not great. It was nice that they had the rental car ready but it wasn’t equipped with the same options as my car being serviced. For example, I was counting on the navigation since I am from out of town which it did not have. Also the car was very dirty and I had to stop at a gas station in sub zero weather to clean the windows. Not sure why they were so muddy. I don’t need a spotless car but visibility and navigation should have been included for safety at least. I also know I had a break light out in my car that they didn’t catch but my paperwork shows it passed the multi point inspection with no problems. More
Quicker than I expected We had 4 recalls on our Impreza. I was told I’d have to wait 4 plus hours. I signed up for the shuttle to take me to the mall. By the time he got back We had 4 recalls on our Impreza. I was told I’d have to wait 4 plus hours. I signed up for the shuttle to take me to the mall. By the time he got back I’d been there over 2 hrs. So I stayed back. Car was done shortly after so I was out of there in less than 3 hrs. Pleasant surprise. More
