Exceeded Expectations I had an issue on my 2019 Outback that was covered under the warranty. It was a spontaneous electrical short that drained the battery. They treated me as if I were their best customer even though I was from out of state and didn’t purchase the vehicle from them. I got a complimentary loaner car so I could take care of business affairs. They located the problem, fixed it and tested the system to ensure the repair solved the issue which it did. Paul sold my wife her Subaru five years ago and I purposefully sought him out when it was my turn for a new vehicle. Paul is helpful, informative, patient, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us all the time and attention we needed (even though I know he was busy with many other clients). Kim in Finance was also fantastic; she helped us get a low rate and answered all our finance questions. Overall everyone on staff was great and the process was relatively easy. We never felt any pressure to buy or like we weren't getting a great deal. We look forward to buying another Subaru from Paul at Ramsey Subaru in the future someday. More
