The biggest drawback is timing. An oil change, even with appointment can take two hours or more. Service work often must be scheduled a week in advance. I chalk this up to being the only Subaru dealership in the area without having to drive hours to Omaha, or Cedar Rapids. More

Brought back 2X to fix the issue I took my Outback in after I slid in to a curb on our first snowy day of the season, embarrassing right? I didn't notice any driving issues, but thoug I took my Outback in after I slid in to a curb on our first snowy day of the season, embarrassing right? I didn't notice any driving issues, but thought it best to take it in in case something was knocked out of place. After looking at it, I was told that the alignment was off, and I was lucky that it wasn't worse. The alignment was done and I was on my way. The next night, we were driving and noticed significant tire noise and the car pulling to one side. So back it went the next day, and an additional $800 of repairs were found. I have no issue paying to fix what was wrong, and the whole thing was my fault for hitting the curb in the first place, but I'm disappointed that it was supposedly fixed the first time and wasn't. More
