Service Appointments With Poor Reliability Had appointment few months ago for 80K mile service which included oil change, tire rotation, etc. Service was completed with no complications. Next d Had appointment few months ago for 80K mile service which included oil change, tire rotation, etc. Service was completed with no complications. Next day, I discovered a flat tire. Took it back to service center, which discovered the flat was due to a wear that they did not discover during previous day's service appointment. Mazda mailed notice of extended warranty program for Infotainment screens which had the "ghost touch" issue. Took car into service department on 9/10/19 to discover it truly did have the defective screen covered under extended warranty. Part was on back-order and did not arrive until November. Took it into service center on 11/5/19 for screen replacement with new part. After installation, I discovered the new screen was defective - lower right corner of screen damaged and distorted. Service ticket states same defect as written by technician who installed it. I emailed service representative pictures of the defect on the newly installed part. To this day, there has been no response for the replacement of a defective part with another defective part. More

My trade in was also no hassle and I really felt like I was given the best price both to purchase and on my trade without having to haggle. Their finance department found me a great interest rate and gave me all the options for warranty and added protections, but didn't pressure me. Paul was super knowledgeable about the Subaru I was purchasing and how it differed from my current model. He always communicated quickly and was flexible. He really worked around my work and life schedule to make it easier for me. He also has a great sense of humor and took time to get to know us as he guided us through the process. You really couldn't ask for a better salesman. More
