I had issues with the body shop concerning Mazda’s lack of logistics for repair parts. Almost a month to get a plastic rear bumper cover. And blanket use of using “hidden damages” verbiage instead of looking. This resulted in visible damaged parts not being preordered with the bumper cover. Extra delay also resulted in extra car rental costs. The new purchase is covered in the survey. More

Less than great Initially called and left message asking someone to call me back to ask some questions. Call was not returned. Ended up going online to schedule servi Initially called and left message asking someone to call me back to ask some questions. Call was not returned. Ended up going online to schedule service and requested someone call me back but didn't get a call back from that either. Would have liked to have know estimate of cost and time to complete possible repairs before getting there. Had I know it would take almost three hours before hand I could have made arrangements to drop the vehicle off so that I didn't have to take vacation time from work to sit in the waiting room. Gentleman I dealt with didn't have the greatest customer service personality either. As I sat in the waiting room watching several people come and go and seeing their interactions with their service reps I began to wonder if I was getting the brush off because I choose to have my husband take care of oil changes and tire rotations instead of bringing it in and paying for it there. Not exactly a great experience. The car is fixed but there was no attempt to explain why it may have started having the issue in the first place. Was it a defect, am I doing something to cause unusual wear and tear? Not really even given the chance to ask as the guy (he never introduced himself so I don't even know who he was) gave me the keys, handed the paperwork to the cashier and left. Maybe he was having a bad day, but a little more effort and courtesy would have been nice. My main issue is with the lack of calling someone when they specifically ask for a call both via voicemail and online scheduling. More
