Great experience I had been considering trading in my 12 year old Mercury Mariner for the last few years and was intrigued by both the Outback and Forester lines of ve I had been considering trading in my 12 year old Mercury Mariner for the last few years and was intrigued by both the Outback and Forester lines of vehicles. I was anxious about doing the whole car buying experience again as in the past it had been a high pressure, haggling back & forth. Nothing like that at Ramsey. Very laid back, friendly staff. They were personable and professional. I worked with Mitch Williams & Shiv Patel (new salesman in training but who had been tech guy for Ramsey Subaru for awhile). They were both great! Also interacted with Paul Moser-very nice guy. Purchased a new Subaru Forester Sport and didn’t have to haggle too much over options, price and trade in value. Felt I got a fair value purchase and the vehicle is great so far (only had it 4 days so still learning a lot about it). Nice follow up via email from Mitch and Ramsey and I even stopped in to ask Mitch a few questions a couple days after having car (and to set up appt for more free training with Nate D. on more tech inside car they provide.) He was readily available and answered all my questions. Good job all around including business office staff. Looking forward to seeing how service department is in future for regular maintenance. More

Had a great experience. We had ordered a 2020 Outback and our salesman Brandon met us at the door to show us quickly the new vehicle. Offered to answer any questions that we might have after leaving the dealership. Kim was helpful and patient with my wife and I in getting the financial situation settled. She explained what each step was and also the extended warranty tiers that were available. We have now driven the Outback for two days and love the way it rides and drives.
