Well I was blown away by Mark’s active listening to what I was looking for and then simply highlighting why the CX-5 is worth a serious consideration over the others. The vehicle’s attention to the driver enthusiast experience, safety, and minute details were impeccable just like headlights that angle when going around a curve... something I didn’t see in any reviews. I appreciated Mark’s and Mike’s willingness to work with me on my trade and making the offer sheet and purchasing fees tax/title/license straight forward and easy to understand. Kim explained in detail handling the financials. Then Ramsey’s detailing the new vehicle before I left, Mark explaining all the features and electronics up until their closing time and giving me a tour of the dealership and service department for when I need to stop in.
