He also was very intuitive about what I needed/wanted to make an educated decision on a car purchase. I didn't feel pressured to buy extras or add on's by the finance team. They were transparent about the cost and made me aware of additional services and insurance that was available but if I declined they were respectful of that. Paul was helpful with a walk-through of the bells and whistles of my vehicle before I left. Good all around More

I planned on just test driving this vehicle as a comparable to the others I was interested in. Well I was blown away by Mark’s active listening to what I was looking for and then simply highlighting why the CX-5 is worth a serious consideration over the others. The vehicle’s attention to the driver enthusiast experience, safety, and minute details were impeccable just like headlights that angle when going around a curve... something I didn’t see in any reviews. I appreciated Mark’s and Mike’s willingness to work with me on my trade and making the offer sheet and purchasing fees tax/title/license straight forward and easy to understand. Kim explained in detail handling the financials. Then Ramsey’s detailing the new vehicle before I left, Mark explaining all the features and electronics up until their closing time and giving me a tour of the dealership and service department for when I need to stop in. Also from the corporate level a welcome email too. Very glad to join the Mazda enthusiasts and Ramsey auto. Zoom, zoom! More

Poor Service Reported to dealership that rear tire was leaking air. They supposedly put air in it during routine rotation. Low air light still on as I left dealer Reported to dealership that rear tire was leaking air. They supposedly put air in it during routine rotation. Low air light still on as I left dealership. This happened 3 times in a row. I marked tires and they not only didn’t put air in, but did not rotate tires. I kept adding air to the same tire and complained to service dept. Was ignored. Tire blew at 32,000 miles. They worked on navigation system twice, problem not fixed. Electronic system quit, had no cruise control, lane changing alert, etc. Said they needed it for a week to order parts. After 3.5 weeks, I called. Said parts weren’t in yet, but would be in a few days. Called me 2 hours later and said car was done. I live 70 miles away. Took off work early to pick it up, and couldn’t because battery was dead. I bought the Outback Premium new in 2017. Trading it in this year on a different make and dealership. More
