Mitch Williams and Phil Ramsey used car staff is very disappointing. Had commitment from salesman on the phone over the weekend. We could come in Monday to sign paperwork. He never asked for deposit and confirmed our meeting that Monday morning. He called me an hour later and said the car was sold to someone else. I came in that afternoon and found out he was fired after talking to another salesman I received little if any help and I sent my concerns to the manager. No call back so I called him and he only said they would probably get something in. Mitch Williams is the only person showing concern for my business and he is awesome as was Phil Johnson. If the other dealers were not 2+ hours away I would have bought elsewhere. Would recommend anyone looking for a used Subaru to see Mitch on the new car side. More

In the end he directed us to a recent one owner low mileage trade he had just taken in and it met all the needs we were looking for. He kept us posted on the progress to get it certified used and detailed. He went through the process of registering the Mazda mobile start which was installed and help set up the app on my phone. Jeremy delivered a very positive buying experience from beginning to end. More

thoughtful and comprehensive I was the victim of a hit and run; except passerbys got the license number. The car was traced by my insurance company (Progressive), and the police, I was the victim of a hit and run; except passerbys got the license number. The car was traced by my insurance company (Progressive), and the police, and the owner found, together with the name of her insurance company. Her insurance company (GEICO) steped in immediately and estimated the damage. But I wanted my car's dealer (Ramsey) to handle the repair. No issue. Ramsey determined the GEICO estimate missed the scope of one item, and Ramsey handled it directly with GEICO even though Ramsey does not have a relationship to do GEICO work. And both insurance companies have followed up to be sure everything is being handled, including a retal car. My life was made simple after a maddening hit and run. I suspect the other owner has learned to never run in the future. More

Saleperson(s) were great to work with We (wife and I) really appreciate the salepeople we worked with. Our initial interaction was with Mr. Rodney Elam and then Mr. Rufad Medinoski. Rodn We (wife and I) really appreciate the salepeople we worked with. Our initial interaction was with Mr. Rodney Elam and then Mr. Rufad Medinoski. Rodney was very engaging and thorough in walking me through the car when I stopped by to review. Seeing it was a potential possibility I mentioned to Rodney that I would like to bring my wife over (when she got off work) so she could see it and form her opinion. As It turned out, Rodney had a family commitment (parent/teacher meeting - we DID NOT have any issue with him attending a school function and not being present, when my wife came by) and he has attentive to our situation as he arranged to have Rufad step in to assist when my wife and I returned. After driving the vehicle we left to ponder whether or not this was the car. Called Rodney the next day and he indicate he'd be out of the office and I should work w/Rufad. We did and were able to reach a price that worked for us financially speaking. All good and glad to have the need to buy a vehicle behind us and now it's time to enjoy our new Ford Escape. Last thoughts, when working with Dennis Bracewell, to finalize the paperwork, was a pleasant experience. Mr. Steve Martilli did enter into the discussion when reaching the final price. He was very direct and a matter fact - which was fine. More
