New car I started a few months ago looking for a new car to lease. My lease was coming up to end. So, I checked out a few cars that I liked. I wanted an SUV, I started a few months ago looking for a new car to lease. My lease was coming up to end. So, I checked out a few cars that I liked. I wanted an SUV, not a big one, something just right. Well, my parents leased a 2019 Subaru Forester. I really liked it, I then drove it. I knew I wanted this one. So, I started communicating with Mitch, a great help by the way. So, I went in and talked to him, and then ordered mine. The whole experience was great, and Mitch did a great job. I really love my car. People love the color, I got the Sport trim with Deep Blue Pearl. More

Left off the 2005 Forester for fluid replacement. I dropped the car off on Wednesday, October 16, and when I got home saw that my appointment was for Wednesday, October 23. They replaced brake and trransmission fluid. The car was ready on time. I used a Wild Card service coupon to reduce the bill by $50. I really appreciate these coupons! Cory took my call to arrange the appointment. He is always cordial. Dennis welcomed me and my wife. He is friendly and happy to explain repair work that will be done on the vehicle. Genuinely wanting to help customers I greatly appreciate Dennis, my service advisor, and the staff for helping with an engine issue with my son's 2016 WRX. My son is an Iowa State studen I greatly appreciate Dennis, my service advisor, and the staff for helping with an engine issue with my son's 2016 WRX. My son is an Iowa State student and lives almost 5 hours from home. When he found his engine sputtering, it seemed likely that I needed to drive there to look at it. However, after speaking with Dennis he was confident they could help and even said get it here before your appt time (that was a week later) and we will get a look at it earlier. He did and his team found several issues with clamps and routing of hoses (most likely caused from the previous engine out recall work at our local Subaru dealer). With several test drives and test procedures and update calls they ended up charging us just a couple hours of labor! Honest support and very helpful. More
