There was a no pressure approach and when we told him that we were also looking at other makes and models, he didn't put on more pressure, he encouraged us to drive other cars. The CX five has advanced technology that was useful to me because I the last vehicle I had purchased was in 2013 and I had not kept up with the current technology. The sales person recognized that I was interested in a vehicle with state of the art technology, and also that I needed some help in understanding how it worked. That is why I purchased the CX five: because it has advanced technology, and the sales person was willing and able to explain it to me so that I could use it to my advantage Also, the deal came together with a minimum of activity so I was able to assess the value of this car against the asking price and it didn’t take long for me to make my decision to purchase. After the sale, there were some additional instruction on how to use the features of the vehicle and also I was taken on a tour of the facility and as far as I know I’m going to be using Mazda to get the oil changed. More
Very pleasant and great people I have an issue with my 2019 Forester Sport. I only have 4000 miles on it. The gas gauge does not work. I never know how much gas I have in it. It go I have an issue with my 2019 Forester Sport. I only have 4000 miles on it. The gas gauge does not work. I never know how much gas I have in it. It goes from 3/4 full to no gas at all. The little gas pump come up and I have a big yellow E (for error) on my screen. I know that I have gas in the tank. The problem cannot be solved per the technicians. They have tried everything. I do not blame them. I blame Subaru. This is my 3rd Subaru. I have always had trust and faith in the vehicles. I do not trust my new car. I am a 70year old single woman and I bought a new car so that I would not have issues. I would like to take a trip but am afraid to cuz I don't know how much gas I do have. So I cancelled it. I am very sad about this. I have sent at least 5 people over the years to Subaru because of its dependability, They have purchased. Also I am disappointed because the first time I took it in was for this issue and my first oil change. They were going to let me pick it up without letting me know that the problem wasn't fixed. No one spoke to me. I figured it out when I looked at the invoice. Betty Porter More
Eye sight recalculated,due to windshield replaced. As the dealer ship does not replace windshields they sent me to glass dr to replace.Had the windshield replaced there and they told me I should make a As the dealer ship does not replace windshields they sent me to glass dr to replace.Had the windshield replaced there and they told me I should make a appointment to recalculate eyesight and it would cost 200 dollars to do this.I went to the dealer and Steve set me up to get the job done and told me it would take three hours or more and cost 300 dollars. I told him he should inform glass dr not to tell customers it would be 200.I went to my appointment at 1:00 a few days later ,they gave me loaner and Steve said he would give me a call when done.I was surprised when he called me an hour and forty five minutes later.i was disappointed when they still charged 300 dollars.which amounts to 150 plus an hour.what a money maker. More

Could not install remote start, charged for part anyway I wanted a remote start installed, and after trying to install it for 2 weeks they gave up and said my gauge cluster computer is broken. That's fine, I wanted a remote start installed, and after trying to install it for 2 weeks they gave up and said my gauge cluster computer is broken. That's fine, not their fault I guess.. but then they said they can't return the part they ordered for the car, so I'm out $400 for nothing... Then to make matters worse they forgot to sync the valet key so I had to go back. In addition when I originally made the appointment I said I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. But when I dropped it off I told them forget those, just do the remote start. They did them anyway and charged me. More
