Service, tire plug last week I had a service, tire plug and rotation and inspection of rest of car systems. The bolt on oil drain pan was left loose so I had a puddle on my garag I had a service, tire plug and rotation and inspection of rest of car systems. The bolt on oil drain pan was left loose so I had a puddle on my garage floor the next day and had to crawl under car to tighten it. I did not receive a car wash, perhaps due to not buying my car through Ramsey. I purchased it through CarMax December 2018. I wanted a Subaru knowledgeable service person to give me an inspection and opinion of my car but don't think this will be necessary in the future. I live about an hour away in Ames and will use someone more local in the future. More
