However, my last visit, partly was routine maintenance with two additional issues: 1) replace driver side fog light, 2) low tire pressure light just came on from my drive from Marshalltown. I was told "tire pressures a little low and air put into my tires" 24 hours later: low tire pressure light on again. I then proceeded to trouble shoot for myself, and the right front tire is not retaining air pressure. I decided to purchase FOUR NEW TIRES, called and explained my situation and was unable to get an appointment last week. I was told there were no loaner cars for three weeks. More

Quick service without an appointment I explained that the car wouldn’t start but was jumped the night before. I was driving toward Subaru and was told they didn’t have any appointments. I told the man helping me that I was leaving the car because I didn’t want to be stranded with car problems. The gentleman that I left my car with said they would squeeze my car in that day. It only needed a new battery and was completed in a couple of hours. More
