However, the pick of the our vehicle was a different experience. My daughter and son-in-law were treated very rudely when they picked up the vehicle. They were coming from work in Ames and running a bit late due to traffic, so they called ahead to inform the service department. They were told that they had be there and ready to drive away by 6pm and that they would not wait for them. My daughter and son-in-law were able to arrive there at 5:50 and were leaving the lot by 6pm, as requested, but were still treated like they had inconvenienced the service dept. An easy solution would have been to inform them they would leave the car on the lot and the kids could have brought an extra key. On a more positive note, we truly love our Outback and will purchase another one when the time comes. More

He listened to what I needed in a new car, didnt push anything on me, and had me go for the most in-depth test drive I've ever done with a potential vehicle. We went through rough terrain that mimicked where I'll be living and driving primarily, and he took lots of extra time to walk me through every feature in the car. I was floored by the customer service and care that this dealership provided. Phil, who helped finance the vehicle, put a lot of effort into finding the best loan option for me as well. I love my Subaru and will absolutely do business with this dealership in the future, and will recommend them to friends and family. I was originally a Toyota gal, but am officially converted. Gave my keys to another customer On the plus side, I could not even see any sign that the air bag had been changed out for the new one. My car is newer and even a different color than the customer that was given my keys. Good thing that she was taking her time leaving the dealership. My first contact was very polite and gracious as far as the person taking my information. However he said he was switching me to "Jerry," whom I did not actually meet him as he was the lucky person who gave my keys to another customer. Sorry Jerry. More
