Okay experience, but not great. Our experience was okay, unfortunately, we had hoped for more. Dejah was very busy multitasking- with other customers and her children. This took away from our excitement of purchasing this vehicle. Additionally, several questions we not answered because she wasn’t sure.... had to either look things up or we were told to watch short videos on MyMazda. We’d hoped for more knowledge about the vehicle from an expert, not the internet. There were several mistakes made on paperwork, this seemed to be connected to the multitasking that was going on. More

Brandon Williams,our sales consultant, did a great job explaining the many features of the Ascent and being patient with us while we were car shopping. He was always there to answer the questions we had and did a good job of following up with us to see if he could be of assistance. We were very satisfied with the sales process and received a fair price on our trade in and on the Ascent. Brad Wheeler, (no relation), the finance manager, also was a pleasure to work with. After the purchase Brandon walked us through all the safety features on the Ascent and how to operate them. He really knows his Subaru's. We looked forward to working with Ramsey in the future as we have in the past. I am a long time Sumner Ramsey customer going back to the days when they were a Pontiac dealership downtown in the 60's. Great experience As a female in my 20s, it can be intimidating to walk into a car dealership alone. Chris Dixon was the absolute best salesman I could have asked for.
