He and the whole team were personable and made us feel comfortable. When we decided to purchase a Forester, the dealership gave us a good price on a new vehicle and a very fair price on our trade in. Other dealerships we spoke with wouldn't give us the same deal. When we got there to purchase the vehicle the paperwork was ready to go and the process was very easy. We would recommend Paul Moser and Ramsey Subaru to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru! More
Wheel bearing. Took 2 weeks to get in because of the warranty recall. Then another two weeks just to get the part in. That’s pretty embarrassing. Showed up to pick up my car after the service appt (which like I said took two weeks to get in) which was for an oil change and to assess the humming (wheel bearing). When I got there Oil change was not done and like I said didn’t have the wheel bearing part in. This dealerships takes a lot of heat online and I’m not sure why no one cares. More
Quick and comfortable I was in for a recall that was estimated to take 60 min and they were done in about 45 min. Nice waiting area, with snacks and drinks. Dog friendly. Issue not fixed I brought my car in and paid for the mechanic to diagnose the issue I was having. I had another mechanic look at it a few times and decided to bring i I brought my car in and paid for the mechanic to diagnose the issue I was having. I had another mechanic look at it a few times and decided to bring it directly to the dealer. The Mazda mechanic diagnosed it during one trip and then I brought it in and the part was replaced. Sadly the issue was not fixed. I called and let them know it was not fixed and they promised to make it right. Then they never called back to schedule with me like they said they would. I paid for diagnostics that were wrong and an expensive part to be installed that did not need to be replaced. I will not buy another Mazda. More
