Warranty Work My 2017 Outback required a new shifter, since my key would not easily release from the ignition. After several weeks, the part was received and instal My 2017 Outback required a new shifter, since my key would not easily release from the ignition. After several weeks, the part was received and installed. It’s wonderful to have my car back to full working condition. My only disappointment was finding a part removed during the installation, laying on the floor behind the drivers seat. I easily snapped it back into place. More

Great help for a worried mom I was loaning my car to my son for a college road trip and was worried that the windshield wiper fluid dispenser wasn't working. Jerry saw my concern I was loaning my car to my son for a college road trip and was worried that the windshield wiper fluid dispenser wasn't working. Windshield replacement First of all, this was our second windshield replacement within 1 year. We have driven many cars over a 50 year time span, and have NEVER had a cracke First of all, this was our second windshield replacement within 1 year. We have driven many cars over a 50 year time span, and have NEVER had a cracked windshield...a chip, yes but never a crack. We own a 2019 SUBARU Outback, this is our 3rd Outback and May be our last! After windshield replaced and calibration completed with this latest crack, we picked up our car and the next day drove out of state only to find that our Navigation GPS was malfunctioning, it wouldn't give us distance on the screen it wouldn't go any further out than 650 feet. Also, when we picked up the car and got home, we pushed the button for the garage door and it opened both doors, so we had to reset our garage doors. We place a call to our Subaru Service tech (Jerry Vansickle) and were told he was busy with customers and that he would return our call, the call was placed around 2pm...we never did receive a return call. Very disappointed in service this time! More
