poor customer service skills and poor attention to detail I have never had a good experience with this dealership - when I was wanting to purchase a Subaru Impreza I went in to the Ramsey dealership as it is I have never had a good experience with this dealership - when I was wanting to purchase a Subaru Impreza I went in to the Ramsey dealership as it is local for where I work and live however they were not at all helpful or friendly (very aloof and arrogant) so I instead drove to Cedar Rapids the following Saturday to buy my car from the dealership there and had a great experience with them. The few times I have had to work with the service department I have received the same unfriendly, arrogant attitude and this last time although I communicated it with them three different ways (verbally over the phone, in writing on the envelope I dropped off with my car key inside, and also via text the day of the repair and I was receiving replies to my text messages so I know they were going to an actual person not just an automated system) that I would not be back until after they were closed to pick up my car so they were to lock the key in the car and leave it where I left it - this was a recall repair so I didn't need to make a payment. When I got there to pick up my car it was no where to be found...after walking around the lot for 20+ minutes I found it a LONG way from the service center, up a hill and behind another building a couple of lots away and the key was not in it...not impressed. More

I have always gotten excellent service at Ramsey. Courteous staff walk me through everything that needs to be done before they do anything and tell me when something doesn't need servicing. This has instilled trust that I won't be talked into services I don't need. Service is fast, waiting room is exceptionally clean and the prices are comparable to others I've used. Love the cars, love the service. More
