I have always gotten excellent service at Ramsey. Courteous staff walk me through everything that needs to be done before they do anything and tell me when something doesn't need servicing. This has instilled trust that I won't be talked into services I don't need. Service is fast, waiting room is exceptionally clean and the prices are comparable to others I've used. Love the cars, love the service. More

Hassle free Very knowledgable sales person. Patient & thorough when it came to exploring multiple options. I never felt rushed or pressured even though I spent 2 Very knowledgable sales person. After made purchase & returned to pick up car the sales person helped me return my rental car & then spent well over an hour orienting me to the car's many features & how to operate. Again very patient & accommodating. I do not like shopping for cars but this experience has been very positive. More

I once was having a problem with my Bluetooth sinking my phone and I called and was told to come over that shiv would help me, he was so nice about it, he helped me figure it out since I am not so tech savvy, he told me he would help again if need be. Found a great used vehicle. Dyllan Johnson did a wonderful job helping me find a great car. I went in looking for a CX-5 hybrid and was disappointed to find out that the hybrid v Dyllan Johnson did a wonderful job helping me find a great car. I went in looking for a CX-5 hybrid and was disappointed to find out that the hybrid version is not offered in the United States. Dyllan helped me find a good alternative and I settled on a 2018 Mazda 3. The car is perfect and the service was even better. Phil Johnson helped me decide between financing or buying the vehicle outright and which level of protection I should get. I have given him a five star rating as he offered great service and advice. I would give Dyllan five stars as well if the form would let me but for some reason he is not in the system. More
I was there for a brake lamp recall. I had a 2 hour drive and had no idea how long it was going to take. I was in and out within a half hour.
