Comfortable waiting area; poor commubicatin My main complaint is that I was left waiting much longer than I should have for service on my vehicle. Instructions to the waiting area were unclear a My main complaint is that I was left waiting much longer than I should have for service on my vehicle. Instructions to the waiting area were unclear and I now realize I ended up in the Mazda waiting area. I was not notified when my vehicle was finished being worked on. With the miscommunication of location of waiting area and not being replied to in the text messaging system (asking if the vehicle is ready for pick up among other questions), I ended up staying and waiting to be contacted to pick up my vehicle over an hour than I needed to wait. I later found out when I picked up my keys from a worker told me that it’s been done for that duration of time. This was frustrating to me. I would suggest calling or text messaging the customer when the vehicle is ready in the future. More

Simple oil change I dropped off my car for a 930 appt. And I called at 1230 and they hadn't touch my vehicle yet. The shop kept myself and my wife informed on how the repairs we’re going. They completed their work in a timely manner, and our Edge looks as good as the day we bought it. If we are ever in need of a body shop we will be taking our vehicle to Ramey. More
