There is another Subaru dealership that is much closer to me but I am happy to drive 115 miles for the excellent customer service that Matt provides. Kim was very helpful and friendly as well. Rude Technician on both of my visits Both time I have been in for service on my vehicle, everyone except the one who seems to be the supervisor has been very friendly. I believe the others who work at Ramsey refer to him as the service technician, but on my most recent visit he blew off the employee who was helping me directly. The man who helped me when I pulled up simply walked the paperwork for my car up to this man, who hardly said a word to him and acted as if he was too busy to assist him and I. I also made a noon appointment for a recall that I was told would only take around an hour, but I didn’t get my car back until around 3:45 PM. On my visit prior to this one, I made an 11:00 AM appointment and was told that all of the service workers go to lunch at that time so it would be an hour before they could even begin my scheduled service. I asked him why they would even allow me to make such an appointment if everyone leaves for 45 minutes, and he blew me off then as well. More

Not completely resolved Car was brought in for 3 repairs. Service, blind spot detection, sound of possible bearing noise from rear of vehicle. This was my 2nd time I've complained of this. Again I heard it immediately after leaving shop. Had it not been for time restraint, I would have turned around. They could not have test driven the vehicle, only spun wheels while on hoist. My wife & I can obviously hear it and do not here it on our other Outback. More
