My fault! I arrived at 1:00 pm for my 1:30 appointment to replace the passenger side air bag do to a warranty recall. I should have inquired how long would it take. 4 hours later I see my car is finished so asked for the keys. I was told that the woman had my records and keys. She couldn't fine either and paged the maintenance supervisor. He was busy checking others out but did find my maintence record and my keys.
