An unusually pleasant car buying experience. We originally stopped by the Ramsey Subaru dealership just to confirm that the Subaru Outback was not big enough to replace our aging Chevy Traverse. We originally stopped by the Ramsey Subaru dealership just to confirm that the Subaru Outback was not big enough to replace our aging Chevy Traverse. While we were there, Brandon Williams came over to see if he could help us. At first, I didn't think so, but then he told us about the new Subaru Ascent. We were quickly impressed! Both with the Ascent and Brandon. Even though we had been leaning heavily towards the Toyota Highlander, and we almost never buy new! We are first time Subaru Owner's, but have wanted one for years. We are still learning all the wonderful things our new Ascent will do, but we adjusted to it almost immediately because it is so close to our Traverse in size and performance. And we've never had a salesperson take the time that Brandon did, (including programming our phones himself!), to familiarize us with our new car-even after we'd already bought it! Thanks! More

Fixed one thing but caused another problem I took my car in under warranty to have a wheel bearing looked at. At under 60k miles, I needed to have a rear bearing replaced (which, fortunately, w I took my car in under warranty to have a wheel bearing looked at. At under 60k miles, I needed to have a rear bearing replaced (which, fortunately, was still under warranty). However, when they did the replacement, they failed to connect the brake line correctly so brake fluid leaked out of the car over the next several days, and I was back at the dealership within a week to have the brake line fixed. To compensate me for my time and their error, Ramsey gave me 3 coupon codes for their car wash (which was broken when the services occurred). They caused a safety issue due to poor repair and quality control. Go elsewhere if you can. More
