Since their key machine wasn't ready to cut my key, I had to return to pick the key up on another day. Staff was pleasant professional and thorough. I had the car inspected by a mechanic friend of mine who happens to work at the dealer, and Ramsey had the necessary repairs performed. I also asked about getting a spare key and JJ was able to get the spare key from the previous owner! All in all, a decent experience and they were able to work around my busy schedule to get me the car. More
