I appreciate their willingness to delve deeper for a solution. I don’t know yet if what they did is a permanent solution, but I do know if it’s not, they will attempt to make it right. I also had some family medical issues come up during the repair time. Jerry acknowledged that, and made sure that I didn’t need to worry about my car during that time. Was told not to worry about recall Set up an appointment to get na airbag recall done. Scheduled it a week and a half out. The day of, I was told they didn't have time to do it and that Set up an appointment to get na airbag recall done. Scheduled it a week and a half out. The day of, I was told they didn't have time to do it and that, "nobody has been injured in a Subaru due to the recall, so I wouldn't worry about it, " and the soonest they could get to my car would be another two weeks. The recall notice said if a dealer couldn't get to the recall, they would make loaners available. The dealer said they didn't have any available. I called Subaru of America, told them my story, and they called Ramsey. The SoA rep told me to talk to a certain service guy and he'd get me taken care of. When I called him, he said they srulill didn't have any cars, but could get to my car in a week and a half instead. I told him SoA had said they'd get me a loaner and I'd be glad to call them back again. Just then, he was able to find a loaner. I brought my car in on Saturday and it was ready to go Monday afternoon. They wanted to take two weeks (later a week and a half) for the recall, but as soon as they had a loaner out, they fixed it as top priority. That is why I hope to never have to deal with this dealership again. In the several times I've visited this dealership, mainly for parts, I've never once had a good experience. More
