Mostly Satisfied Jessie was very nice to work with and made the process with my trade-in a breeze! Unfortunately, my vehicle was falsely advertised. 1 specific criteria I was shopping for was 4 wheel drive. My jeep was advertised as such and the sales rep Jessie even stated it having rear wheel drive with the ability to convert to 4 wheel when needed. It wasn't until the paperwork was complete and the "deal closed" was it realized this was in fact false. No where in the vehicle was there a way to switch to 4 wheel drive and when I asked another sales associate whom also spoke to a separate associate, the response I received was "all wheel drive is 4 wheel drive". Ummm, I beg to differ. I had already fallen in love with my Jeep however, but had the advertisement been absolutely true, I likely would've reconsidered the purchase. More

Oil change Was a bit annoying when I first arrived as it seemed to be under staffed and a new car load had arrived. I had a flat tire the night before out on the highway..Had to leave my car there until morning. My concern was the receptionist was not very helpful. I called in to her 4 times and she just said wait a minute and put me on hold. Did not get to speak to anyone. Everyone was super busy that morning, but I would advise her when someone calls in upset 4 times in a few minutes maybe she could extend her duties to ask my concerns and just go out and see if my car had been towed in. Also the young gentleman that came and got me when my car was finished, was mistaken about what was done. When asked he said my tire had to be replaced and that was not accurate. It was only patched. Wonderful! Ramsey's Collision Center did an amazing job. I had someone back into me in a parking lot and it was my first accident ever. Since I had purchased the vehicle from Ramsey that was the first place I thought of when the other drivers insurance company asked where I wanted to get it fixed. Ramsey got my vehicle in right away and worked hard to get it back to looking new again. Always answered any questions I had and kept me up to date on what was being done.
