Mitch Williams was the car sale of Subaru when we were trying to shop around a better safety car. We bought one Sport Forester right after the drive testing. We all love this car, especially the higher safety feature as compared to other cars in its category. The reason why we consider safety features as the first consideration because we just had one car accident on the snowy highway 10 days ago. This car was totaled out. I have to say that Forester gives me higher confidence on driving on snowy days. Thanks. Michael More

Warranty service Three issues on Ascent. Brakes squeal for roughly first 5 stops once vehicle has sat for approximately 30 minutes (or driven for that time without Three issues on Ascent. Vehicle has been to dealer twice, staff has acknowledged squealing. No remedy provided. Sunglasses holder replaced. After work completed, marks and stains present on roof liner around work area. Ignition system sporadically failed to start vehicle (6 failures Sept.18-Jan.19), both manually with dash button and remotely. Staff updated computer. Time will tell. More

Excellent service as usual I couldn't get the key out of the ignition in my Suburu Outback. I called and talked to one of the service advisors. He told me that if I could sho I couldn't get the key out of the ignition in my Suburu Outback. I called and talked to one of the service advisors. He told me that if I could show up the next morning at 8 am they would work me in. I took the car in this morning and it was repaired in about an hour. More
