Making the appointment was easy. Paul was very organized. I tend to keep my cars until they are really old, so it's been a while since I've bought a new one. Before my appointment to talk about purchasing the 2019 Forrester, I did my homework. Paul had me drive a Forrester on a predetermined route to demonstrate the features. He was well prepared for the appointment and covered all my questions. We signed a contract for a Touring the same day and then I waited for it's arrival. What surprised me was the 'homework' I was assigned the night before picking up the car! Not a bad idea. We went over all the electronic features and apps when I got there the next day.... I'm glad Ramsey has a remedial classes so that I can come back after driving the car for a while and ask more questions & go over everything that 'went over my head's the 1st time!!! Buying a car can be stressful, especially with all the new technology available. Subaru and Paul Moser are really helpful easing new customers through that process. ... Scheduled Maintenance Had the 75,000 mile maintenance performed which entailed oil change, tire rotation, spark plugs, and drive belt was replaced based on recommendation. Needs changes I had an appointment for a minor job that would take about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting more than 2 hours. The waiting room was full of people in fo I had an appointment for a minor job that would take about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting more than 2 hours. The waiting room was full of people in for oil changes that did not have an appointment. After the oil change, the service advisor comes out to the waiting room suggesting additional repairs such as brakes, cv boots etc. They promise to complete the repair right away instead of making another appointment. This causes a backup, and delays everyone else. Please require appointments for everything so they can be scheduled appropriately. More
