My wife and I were presently surprised that was not the case. Our sales person, Jim laid out the facts, was very thorough and was non-pressuring. Gave us the time we needed to drive the car and look it over. The vehicle was listed ‘as-is’ but Ramsey worked with us on a few things that it needed. No games. They even fixed a dent in the car as part of the deal. Great experience. Also, I should note that Michael Novak has a wonderful singing voice. More

The repair was difficult to diagnose...did not act up while at Ramsey. When advised no problem found, I picked it up and just as I was exiting the parking lot the problem reappeared. I immediately returned to service and personnel heard it...a true “ah-ha” moment! Service kept the Outback, then provided a ride home to me. The vehicle was repaired and available to pick up the next morning. I certainly appreciated the stellar service by Jerry and the service personnel! More
